Terms & Conditions

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Lipa, including:
- Ticketed events
- Products sold via webshop
By purchasing tickets or ordering products, you agree to these terms.
2. Ticketed Events2.1 Ticket Purchase
- All ticket purchases are binding.
- Tickets are valid only after full payment.
- Tickets are personal unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Refunds & Transfers
- Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event takes place. Moreover if:
- The event is cancelled by Lipa
- The event is rescheduled (tickets remain valid for the new date)
- Ticket transfer to another person is allowed if approved by Lipa.
3. Webshop Products3.1 Ordering & Payment
- Webshop orders are completed once payment is received.
3.2 Delivery
Delivery terms, costs, and timelines are specified at checkout.
Lipa is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
3.3 Returns & Cancellations
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt (Danish law / EU rules).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Items must be returned in original condition.
3.4 Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact Lipa immediately. Lipa will replace or refund the item.
4. Liability & Force Majeure
Lipa is not liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Guest-caused damage
Force majeure (including extreme weather, government restrictions, or supplier failure) may result in rescheduling or adjustments without liability.5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Disputes shall be settled in Danish courts.

Accounting and payment records are stored for five years in accordance with Danish law. After this period, personal data is securely deleted.
